the location was wonderful and incredible, just next door to so many amazing restaurants and cafes, and china town. it also was near parliament house in a quieter part of cbd.
Views appeared to be ordinary.

The room featured a fine view of Parliament. Our order from room service arrived cold and took far too long.

The Beautiful King Room was well-appointed with excellent attention to detail, including daily water bottles that were a nice touch. The rooftop pool offered fine views, especially at sunset.
The room had significant drawbacks, it felt a bit claustrophobic due to the frosted glass in the window, which severely limited natural light. The firmness of the bed might not appeal to everyone. Operating the climate control took some finesse. While the happy hour at the bar could have had a better vibe, the wait for seating was a minor hiccup given it wasn't particularly busy. It just lacked that unique experience to make it nice.

Great Location and Lovely Staff!
The hotel staff were delightful and accommodating, making my visit even more pleasant. I found the breakfast service disappointing, as the coffee was not up to par and there wasn’t an option for fresh coffee.

I enjoyed the breakfast buffet with its wide range, and the lovely pool area was a highlight despite being overcrowded. The room just didn't match up to its online photos, and that was disappointing.

I stayed here for 3 nights with my family. The fitness center had proper equipment, and my sons enjoyed making meals in the kitchen area. What impressed me was when we arrived, the staff provided a warm welcome and a complimentary drink. The double room was spacious, providing comfort throughout our time. I appreciated the central location.
The beds were quite firm, which may not suit everyone's preference. The inner courtyard view was less appealing than expected.

The staff were cute, providing thoughtful birthday surprises for my husband. The rooftop pool offered fine city views. Breakfast featured an excellent selection with delicious homemade rolls, contributing to a good start to the day. The room had limited views, and some amenities felt underwhelming compared to expectations, such as the gym not being as expansive as advertised.

The pool area was lovely, with fine city views from the rooftop (great spot for a sunset!). A short walk took us to many local shops and eateries. The tram stop was right at the door.
the air conditioning needed adjustment 🤔
